摘　　要：随着建筑行业的不断发展,建筑结构形式越来越复杂,相应的管道安装方面的要求也越来越高。管道安装涉及的专业较多,而各专业之间很难达到协调一致,因此在管道施工过程中经常出现管道布局不合理、搭桥碰撞突出等施工难题及质量缺陷,造成后期交付出现诸多问题。基于此,文章以鸿德创业园为例,调查管道安装相关工程问题,针对出现的管道安装问题进行分析,并提出了相应的解决措施,以提高管道布局的空间合理性。With the continuous development of the construction industry,the form of the building structure is more and more complex,and the requirements for the corresponding pipeline installation are also getting higher and higher.There are many specialties involved in pipeline installation,and it is difficult to achieve coordination among various specialties.Therefore,in the pipeline construction process,construction problems such as unreasonable pipeline layout and prominent bridge collision,and quality defects often occur,resulting in many problems in later delivery.Based on this,this paper takes Honder Pioneer Park as an example to investigate the engineering problems related to pipeline installation,analyze the existing pipeline installation problems,and put forward corresponding solutions to improve the spatial rationality of pipeline layout.
