摘 要:钢-混凝土组合结构作为一种新型结构,主要是在钢结构与混凝土结构相结合的基础上形成的,它有效继承了钢结构与混凝土结构的全部优点,但也存在一定的施工难度。文章以攀西某炼钢转炉塔楼工程为例,从钢骨柱及梁的制作、地脚螺栓预埋、钢骨柱的安装、钢骨梁的安装、钢骨混凝土柱钢筋安装等方面入手,为钢-混凝土组合结构设计方案制订提出具有建设性的建议。希望通过此次研究,为相关人员提供参考。As a new type of structure,steel-concrete composite structure is mainly formed on the basis of the combination of steel structure and concrete structure.It effectively inherits all the advantages of steel structure and concrete structure,but there are also certain construction difficulties.Taking a steel-making converter tower project in Panxi as an example,this paper puts forward constructive suggestions for the design scheme of steel-concrete composite structure from the aspects of the production of steel columns and beams,the pre-embedding of anchor bolts,the installation of steel columns,the installation of steel beams,and the installation of steel bars in steel reinforced concrete columns.It is hoped that this study will provide references for relevant personnel.
