我国物流企业资源配置现状及演化趋势--基于CiteSpace知识图谱分析

摘　　要：信息技术加快物流企业资源整合,但物流企业资源配置不合理现象依然存在。文章借助CiteSpace文献分析工具,从CNKI数据库中筛选出438篇有效文献,通过关键词聚类、突现词辨析等方式,分析国内物流企业资源配置相关研究的现状及演化趋势。结果表明:现阶段物流企业资源配置研究多从人力资源优化、集群环境资源共享、物流业资源整合和信息化对策等方面入手,以“人力资源—供应链/联盟—智慧物流/多式联运”为演进路径,产业集群背景下人工智能对物流企业资源配置、盈利能力、服务水平、运营成本的作用机制将成为未来研究方向。The process of resource integration of logistics enterprises has been accelerated by information technology,but the unreasonable phenomenon of resource allocation of logistics enterprises still exists.With the help of CiteSpace literature analysis tools,438 valid documents were filtered out from the CNKI database,and the current situation and evolution trend of the relevant literature research on the allocation of resources of domestic logistics enterprises were analyzed through keyword clustering,sudden word identification and other ways.The results showed that the research on resource allocation of logistics enterprises started with human resource optimization,cluster environmental resource sharing,logistics industry resource integration and information countermeasures,with“human resources-supply chain/alliance-smart logistics/multimodal transport”as the evolution path,and the direction of future research will be the mechanism of artificial intelligence on resource allocation,profitability,service level and operating cost of logistics enterprises under the background of industrial clusters.
