基于耦合协调度模型的广西物流业高质量发展路径探讨

摘　　要：碳达峰、碳中和背景下,物流系统内部耦合协调程度对于促进物流业的高质量发展具有重要意义。文章从区域经济环境、投入水平、产出效应、交通运输与物流基础设施、绿色低碳5个维度设计物流系统内部耦合协调状况的评价指标体系,运用广西2015~2019年的相关数据,实证分析广西物流业系统内部的耦合协调状况。结果表明:广西物流业内部系统尚处于失调状态;绿色低碳子系统与其他子系统之间的耦合协调度排名靠后。从物流基础设施、物流成本、绿色供应链、物流专业人才4个方面,提出广西物流业高质量发展的政策建议。Under the background of carbon peak and carbon neutral,the degree of internal coupling coordination of logistics system plays an important role in promoting the high-quality development of logistics industry.This study designed the evaluation index system of the internal coupling coordination of logistics system from the five dimensions of regional economic environment,input level,output effect,transportation and logistics infrastructure,green and low-carbon,and empirically analyzed the internal coupling coordination of Guangxi logistics system by using the relevant data from 2015 to 2019.The results show that the internal system of Guangxi logistics industry is still in disorder.The coupling coordination degree between green and low-carbon subsystem and other subsystems ranked low.From the logistics infrastructure,logistics cost,green supply chain,logistics professionals four aspects,put forward Guangxi logistics industry high-quality development policy suggestions.
