摘　　要：党的十九大报告第一次把现代物流业纳入国家优先和需要加快发展的基础设施范畴,提出要加快现代物流基础设施网络化建设。国家物流枢纽承载城市建设已受到国家政府的高度重视,加快大庆市国家物流枢纽承载城市建设可以为大庆市的经济发展注入活力,推动大庆市的经济社会高质量发展。文章通过对大庆市构建国家物流枢纽承载城市的现状进行分析,找出构建存在的问题和思路,给出促进构建的策略。该研究有利于提高大庆市物流信息化、标准化、立体化、智能化水平,全面构建“通道+枢纽+网络”的现代物流体系。The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China for the first time put modern logistics industry into the category of national priority and need to accelerate the development of infrastructure,and put forward to speed up the network construction of modern logistics infrastructure.The construction of national logistics hub carrying city has been attached great importance by the national government.Speeding up the construction of Daqing national logistics hub carrying city can inject vitality into the economic development of Daqing city and promote the high-quality economic and social development of Daqing city.This paper analyzes the present situation of Daqing city's construction of national logistics hub carrying city,finds out the existing problems and ideas,and gives strategies to promote the construction.This study is helpful to improve the logistics informatization,standardization,three-dimensional,intelligent level of Daqing city,and to build a modern logistics system of“channel+hub+network”.
