摘 要:根据广东江门某工程项目水泥搅拌桩施工,以不同计算方式对施工后土体加固效果(沉降量)进行分析,阐明了通过运用“规范法”及应力修正法对水泥搅拌桩的沉降量进行计算更接近实际情况,并就其他计算方式结果偏差较大的原因进行简要分析。同时立足水泥搅拌桩施工工艺,总结施工中的质量通病并提出解决方法以及施工过程中的质量控制手段,避免出现质量问题,形成一套完整沉降计算参考依据及质量控制体系,可指导类似工程施工。According to the construction of cement mixing piles in a project in Jiangmen,Guangdong Province,the effect of soil reinforcement(settlement)after construction is analyzed in different calculation methods,and the calculation of the settlement amount of cement mixing piles is closer to the actual situation by using the“specification method”and the stress correction method,and the reasons for the large deviation of the results of other calculation methods are briefly analyzed.At the same time,based on the cement mixing pile construction process,summarize the quality common diseases in the construction and propose solutions and quality control means in the construction process,so as to avoid quality problems and form a complete set of settlement calculation reference basis and quality control system,which can guide similar engineering construction.
