猪肺源致病性多重耐药大肠杆菌的分离鉴定和药敏分析

摘　　要：河南省某养殖场83例仔猪出现厌食、呼吸困难等症状,并伴随不同程度的腹泻,死亡率约为4.5%。为确定该养殖场猪只感染的病原菌,本试验于无菌条件下对感染猪只肺脏进行病原菌分离、药敏试验和16S rRNA序列分析。结果显示,本试验分离的病原菌为革兰阴性短杆菌,在麦康凯鉴别培养基上菌落呈粉红色圆形,生化反应显示其可发酵葡萄糖、乳糖、甘露醇、蔗糖和麦芽糖;16S rRNA序列分析显示,病原菌与致病性大肠杆菌同源性为99%;药敏试验显示,该菌对苯唑西林、头孢噻吩、头孢吡肟、链霉素等23种抗菌药均有较强耐药性。本试验结果为肺源多重耐药大肠杆菌的鉴定和临床用药提供了有价值的数据支持。There appeared 83 cases of piglet anorexia,dyspnea and other symptoms in a farm in Henan province,accompanied by varying degrees of diarrhea,with the mortality rate of about 4.5%.In order to determine the cause of pig infection in this farm,bacteria were isolated from the lungs of infected pigs and analyzed by drug sensitivity test and 16S rRNA sequence analysis.The results showed that the isolated bacteria were Gram-negative brevibacterium,and the colonies on MacConkey medium were pink and round;biochemically,the bacteria fermented glucose,lactose,mannitol,sucrose and maltose;the 16S rRNA sequence of the bacteria had 99%homology to pathogenic E.coli;drug sensitivity test of the bacteria revealed multi-drug resistance to 23 kinds of antibiotics such as oxacillin,cefothiophene,cefepime,streptomycin,etc.This study presents valuable data for the identification and clinical management of multi-drug resistant E.coli from pigs.
