摘  要:为研究复方白头翁散对鹅源沙门菌优势流行株的抑制效果。2017年5月-2018年7月共收集扬州、滁州和泰州等10个地区送检的病死鹅的肝脏、胆汁和盲肠内容物等病料共计214份,随即进行沙门菌的分离鉴定。结果显示:沙门菌分离率为23.4%(50/214),其中鼠伤寒沙门菌占60%(30/50),为优势血清型;药敏试验结果显示,36株沙门菌具多重耐药性,其中鼠伤寒沙门菌占20株;结晶紫染色试验结果显示,86.7%(26/30)的鼠伤寒沙门菌能够形成生物被膜;体外试验结果显示,复方白头翁散对鼠伤寒沙门菌最小抑菌浓度(MIC)范围为23.44~375.00 mg/mL,最小杀菌浓度(MBC)范围为46.87~375.00 mg/mL;93.75 mg/mL复方白头翁散可抑制此26株细菌生物被膜的形成。结果表明鼠伤寒沙门菌是鹅源沙门菌优势血清型,也是感染鹅的一个重要的病原体,复方白头翁散能有效地抑制鼠伤寒沙门菌。This study investigated the in vitro inhibitory effect of compound pulsatilla on the dominant serotype of Salmonella isolates from geese.From May 2017 to July 2018,a total of 214 samples including liver,bile and cecum contents of sick and dead geese were collected from Yangzhou,Chuzhou,Taizhou and other regions for Salmonella isolation and identification.The results showed that Salmonella was isolated in 23.4%samples(50/214),and Salmonella typhimurium was the dominant serotype,accounting for 60%(30/50)of isolates.Drug susceptibility test revealed that 36 of 50 Salmonella isolates were multidrug resistant,while 20 of 30 Salmonella typhimurium isolates were multidrug resistant.Crystal violet staining test indicated that 86.7%(26/30)of Salmonella typhimurium formed biofilm.The in vitro tests showed that compound pulsatilla had the minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC)of 23.44-375.00 mg/mL,and the minimum bactericidal concentrations(MBC)of 46.87-375.00 mg/mL against Salmonella typhimurium.Compound pulsatilla at 93.75 mg/mL inhibited the biofilm formation of 26 Salmonella typhimurium isolates.Thus,Salmonella typhimurium represents the predominant serotype from geese and an important bacterial pathogen of geese.Compound pulsatilla has inhibitive effect on Salmonella typhimurium.
