摘  要:高校在线教学的组织与实施可以看作一个多种微观权力相互作用的权力场域和治理过程,透过微观权力审思在线教学是一种适切且有价值的视角。抗疫背景下在线教学活动典型案例分析表明,微观权力运行对高校在线教学组织与管理的有序性、教学活动的有效性、师生交往的价值性等有深刻影响。高校在线教学场域存在着循规与顺从、显性与缄默的抵制、隐匿的共谋等微观权力表征。后疫情时代在线教学的改进,应深入理解微观权力秩序和内在逻辑,从多元共治、师生共长、价值共生三个维度,以非零和博弈思维调适多权力关系,形成在线教学治理新格局;巧妙发挥意见领袖作用,借力构建在线课堂中的分散权力关系;凸显在线教学的学习性与人文性,实现从“技术空间”向“意义空间”的转向。The organization and implementation of online teaching in colleges and universities can be regarded as a power field and governance process in which a variety of micro powers interact.It is an appropriate and valuable perspective to ponder deeper online teaching through micro power.The analysis of typical cases of online teaching activities under the background of anti-epidemic shows that micro-power operation has a profound impact on the order of its organization and management,the effectiveness of teaching activities,and the value of teacher-student communication.there are micro-power representations in the online teaching field of colleges and universities,such as regulation and obedience,explicit and silent resistance,hidden collusion and so on.In order to improve online teaching in the post-epidemic era,we should deeply understand the micro power order and internal logic from the three dimensions of multi-governance,co-growth of teachers and students and value symbiosis.It is necessary to adjust the multi-power relationship with non-zero-sum game thought and form a new pattern of online teaching governance,and to skillfully play the role of opinion leaders and construct decentralized power relations in online classroom,and to highlight the learning and humanism of online teaching and realize the transformation from“technology space”to“meaning space”.
