摘  要:小黄鱼(Larimichthys polyactis)是我国重要的经济鱼类,为探究青岛近海小黄鱼群体的种质资源现状及遗传多样性变动情况,本研究利用线粒体DNA控制区序列及微卫星标记,对青岛近海小黄鱼的遗传多样性和遗传结构进行了研究。研究显示:线粒体DNA控制区序列和微卫星标记均检测到青岛近海小黄鱼存在较高的遗传多样性水平,且略高于历史数据;在基于线粒体DNA控制区单倍型构建的NJ系统树和网络图中均未发现明显的谱系结构;基于微卫星标记的遗传距离(δ_(μ))^(2)、主成分分析和STRUCTURE分析结果与线粒体DNA标记的结果基本一致,表明青岛近海不同季节的小黄鱼样本不存在显著的遗传分化。以上结果表明,近年来青岛近海小黄鱼群体的遗传多样性有所上升。The small yellow croaker (Larimichthys polyactis) is an economic fish species, which is known as the major seafood product in China. In order to understand the present situation of the germplasm resource of L. polyactis populations, mitochondrial DNA control region and microsatellite markers were used to study the genetic diversity and genetic structure of L. polyactis populations in Qingdao coastal waters. A high genetic diversity was detected with mitochondrial DNA and microsatellite markers, which was slightly higher than the historically observed. No significant differentiation was detected from Neighbor-Joining (NJ) tree based on mitochondrial DNA control region, which was supported by the genetic distance (δ_(μ))^(2), PCA (principal component analysis) and STRUCTURE based on microsatellite markers. The above results show that the protective measures have played an important role in fishery resources of L. polyactis. Besides, no significant differentiation was detected among L. polyactis populations in different periods. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out overall management, so as to realize the sustainable development and utilization of L. polyactis resources.
