涂塑中的白母料对塑层表观的影响

摘　　要：在照相纸基的生产过程中会经过一道重要的工艺,原纸涂塑,从而得到涂塑纸基。涂塑在原纸表面形成了一层树脂保护层,树脂层可以有效调节了纸基色调、亮度,但同时也会导致塑层中晶点的出现。通过一系列试验建立了涂塑中白母料的检验评价方法。本方法主要包括了淋膜试验、样品制备、样品的检测和建立评价方法。通过本方法初步分析了白色母料在涂塑中对涂塑层的影响,同时,为涂塑中白母料原材料的检测起到了指导作用。In the production process of photographic paper base there is an important process of base paper coating,so as to get coated paper base.Plastic coating forms a protective layer of resin on the surface of the base paper.The resin layer can effectively adjust the color tone and brightness of the paper,but it will also lead to the appearance of crystal points in the plastic layer.In this paper,the inspection and evaluation method of white masterbatch in coating plastic was established through a series of experiments.The method mainly includes coating test,sample preparation,sample detection and evaluation method.Through this method,the influence of the white masterbatch on the coating layer was analyzed,and it played a guiding role in the detection of the white masterbatch raw materials.
