摘  要:镍铜合金因具有一系列优异的性能而备受国内外学者的广泛关注与研究,尤其是其优异的耐氢氟酸和氟气腐蚀的能力,因此被广泛应用于氟化工行业中。本文以碳钢制氟电解槽腐蚀为研究背景,系统研究在碳钢表面电镀镍铜合金镀层的电镀工艺与实施方法,解决制氟电解槽的腐蚀性问题。本文采用直流电镀技术在Q235B碳钢表面制备了镍铜合金镀层,通过正交实验方法优化了镀液中硫酸铜含量、电流密度和电镀时间三种电镀工艺参数,通过电化学测试技术评定了正交实验结果,结果表明,当镀液中硫酸铜含量为6 g/L、电流密度为3 A/dm^(2)、电镀时间为60 min时,制备的镀层耐蚀性能最为优异。镀液中硫酸铜的含量对镀层的耐蚀性能影响最大。Nickel-copper alloy has been widely concerned and studied by scholars at home and abroad because of its excellent properties,especially its excellent resistance to hydrofluoric acid and fluorine gas corrosion,so it is widely used in the fluorine chemical industry.This paper takes the corrosion of fluorine electrolyzer made of carbon steel as the research background,systematically studies the electroplating process and implementation method of electroplating nickel-copper alloy coating on the surface of carbon steel,and solves the corrosive problem of electrolyzer made of fluorine.In this paper,a nickel-copper alloy coating was prepared on the surface of Q235B carbon steel by using DC electroplating technology.The three electroplating process parameters of copper sulfate content,current density and electroplating time in the plating solution were optimized by orthogonal experiment method.The experimental results show that when the copper sulfate content in the plating solution is 6 g/L,the current density is 3 A/dm^(2),and the plating time is 60 min,the corrosion resistance of the prepared coating is the best.The content of copper sulfate in the plating solution has the greatest impact on the corrosion resistance of the coating.
