摘  要:涂料钛白粉的色度和晶型是其品质的重要指标,钛白粉中显色杂质会严重影响钛白粉的性能。本文考察了常见显色杂质元素锰(Mn)对钛白粉色度、晶型和形貌的影响。以硫酸锰和偏钛酸为原料,煅烧制备MnO_(2)掺杂的TiO_(2)粉末,对产品进行了色度、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线荧光光谱(XRF)等表征。结果显示:MnO_(2)掺杂可明显降低产品的明度指数L^(*),增加红相指数a^(*)和黄相指数b^(*),并且可以促进TiO_(2)晶型转化和颗粒长大。The chroma and the crystal form are important indicators of titanium pigment quality.The impurities in titanium dioxide will seriously reduce the performance of titanium pigment.The effects of impurity Mn on the property of chroma,crystal form and morphology of titanium dioxide were investigated in this paper.Manganese sulfate and metatitanic acid were used as raw materials,and MnO_(2) was doped by high-temperature calcination.The products are characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,colorimeter and X-ray fluorescence spectrometer.The results show that the presence of MnO_(2) can reduce the brightness L^(*),increase the red phase index a^(*)and yellow phase index b^(*),and can promote the transformation of crystal form and the growth of TiO_(2) particles.
