摘  要:目的:采用傅里叶红外光谱技术结合双指标序列法对鹿茸、蟾蜍、僵蚕、地龙、蝉蜕、海螵蛸、全蝎、水蛭和土鳖虫共九种动物药材进行分析,建立九种动物药的红外光谱鉴别方法。方法:测定九种动物药材粉末的红外光谱,寻找各化学成分的共性与特性特征,通过共有峰率和变异峰率为指标的双指标序列分析九种动物中药的相似性和变异性。结果:海螵蛸在2522,1798,1476,856和710 cm^(-1)处有特征峰。鹿茸等八种动物药材在4000~400 cm^(-1)范围红外光谱图整体的峰形、峰位相似,在2000~400 cm^(-1)范围内差异较明显。这些药材中蛋白质多肽类、碳酸钙、脂类、胺类、磷脂、粘多糖、糖苷类等,组成它们的组成及其含量不相同。九种动物药之间的共有峰率均较低(59%~13%),变异峰率均较高(34%~320%)。结论:本文建立的红外光谱法结合双指标序列法具有专属性强、准确、操作简便等等优点,适用于鹿茸等九种动物药材的鉴别与区分,并为其他动物药材质量控制提供参考和依据。Objective:To establish the identification methods of cervi cornu pantotrichum,toad venom,bombyx batryticatus,pheretima,cicadae periostracum,sepiae endoconcha,scorpios scorpio,hirudo and eupolyphaga steleophaga by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)combined with the dual-index sequence.Method:Infrared spectra of nine animal medicinal material powders were determined to find commonness and characteristic characteristics of each chemical component.The similarity and variability of nine animal medicinal powders were analyzed by dual-index sequence with common peak rate and variation peak rate as indexes.Result:Sepiae Endoconcha had characteristic peaks at 2522,1798,1476,856 and 710 cm^(-1).The FTIR of the other eight animal medicinal materials were similar on the whole range of 4000~400 cm^(-1),but there were differences in the range of 2000~400 cm^(-1).The infrared spectrum reflected the types,composition and content of proteins and peptides,calcium carbonate,lipids,amines,phospholipid,mucopolysaccharide and glycosides are different in different species.The common peak rates among the nine animal drugs were low(59%~13%)and the variation peak rates were high(34%~320%).Conclusion:The infrared spectroscopy combined with the dual-index sequence method established in this paper has the advantages of strong specificity,accuracy and simple operation.It is suitable for the identification and differentiation of nine animal medicinal materials such as pilose antler.The results provide reference and basis for quality control of other animal medicinal materials.
