摘　　要：为研究立式离心机钟形罩的磨损和使用寿命,分析出钟形罩磨损判断方法,通过改变材料和结构提高钟形罩使用寿命。实践应用表明:粘贴耐磨陶瓷后为原使用寿命3倍及以上,分体钟形罩在同寿命基础上为原使用成本的1/3。In order to study the wear and service life of the bell cover of vertical centrifuge,the wear judgment method of the bell cover is analyzed,and the service life of the bell cover is improved by changing the material and structure.The practical application shows that the service life of the embedded wear-resistant ceramic can be increased by more than 2 times,and the split bell cover is 1/3 of the original service cost on the basis of the same life.
