大数据战略背景下高校档案信息资源建设方向与路径探讨

摘　　要：《大数据产业发展规划(2016—2020年)》提出全面推进大数据发展和数字中国建设,随着大数据战略深入推进,为跟上大数据产业发展和将档案信息化建设全面融入数字中国建设中,2021年颁布的《“十四五”全国档案事业发展规划》提出建立以档案数字资源为主导的档案资源体系。大数据发展战略的实施给高校档案管理工作提供了前所未有的机遇,同时也让高校档案管理工作面临巨大挑战,而目前高校档案信息资源建设无论在广度还是深度上都存在严重不足,传统的档案管理模式已不能很好地促进高校发展以及满足社会和公众的需要。高校档案管理急需转变理念,充分运用大数据技术推进档案信息数字化建设,整合和共享档案信息资源,通过完善高校档案管理制度和标准体系,以及提高档案管理人员的专业化水平,来加强高校档案信息资源建设,深入挖掘高校档案价值。The big data industry development plan(2016-2020)proposes to comprehensively promote the development of big data and the construction of Digital China.With the further promotion of big data strategy,in order to keep up with the development of big data industry and fully integrate the construction of archives information into the construction of Digital China,The national archives development plan of the 14th five year plan issued in 2021 proposes to establish an archives resource system dominated by archives digital resources.The implementation of big data development strategy not only provides unprecedented opportunities for college archives management,but also makes college archives management face great challenges.At present,there are serious deficiencies in the construction of college archives information resources in both breadth and depth.The traditional archives management model cannot well promote the development of colleges and universities and meet the needs of society and the public.College archives management urgently needs to change the concept,make full use of big data technology to promote the digital construction of archives information,integrate and share archives information resources,strengthen the construction of college archives information resources and deeply tap the value of college archives by improving the college archives management system and standard system and improving the professional level of archives managers.
