摘　　要：2019新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)是由新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)感染引起的一种全球范围的呼吸系统疾病。作为最新发现的乙类传染病,COVID-19的传染性强,传播速度快,除了侵犯呼吸系统外,新冠病毒还可能损害患者其他系统,这种多系统损伤引起全球各国广泛关注。本文主要就COVID-19患者多系统损伤的影像学表现进行综述,提高对该病的进一步认识,为临床诊断和治疗提供客观依据,改善患者预后,减少并发症。Corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)is a global respiratory disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).As a newly discovered infectious disease of class B,COVID-19 has strong infectivity and fast transmission speed.Besides invading the respiratory system,SARS-CoV-2 may also damage other systems of patients.The multi-system damage has aroused widespread concern around the world.In this paper,the imaging manifestations about multi-system damage of COVID-19 patients were mainly reviewed,so as to improve further understanding of this disease,provide objective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and improve the prognosis of patients and reduce complications.
