摘  要:采用熔融挤出反应法制备了耐老化高流动性聚丙烯(PP),研究了2,5-二甲基-2,5-二(过氧化叔丁基)己烷(DHBP)和过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)对PP体系流动性能和降解性能的影响。结果表明:DHBP对PP体系的降解效果好于DCP;DHBP和DCP可显著提高PP体系的熔体流动速率(MFR);挤出温度对产物MFR的影响较小,而螺杆转速对产物MFR的影响较大;少量抗氧剂使PP体系的MFR下降,但氧化诱导期显著延长。Aging resistant and high fluidity polypropylene(PP)was prepared by melt extrusion reaction,and the effects of 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butyl peroxide)hexane(DHBP)and dicumyl peroxide(DCP)on the fluidity and degradation of PP system were studied.The results show that the degradation effect of DHBP on PP system is better than that of DCP.DHBP and DCP can significantly improve the melt flow rate(MFR)of PP system.The extrusion temperature has less effect on MFR of the product,while the screw speed has a greater effect on MFR of the product.A small amount of antioxidant can decrease MFR of PP system,however its oxidation induction period increases significantly.
