温敏性环状聚合物的制备及表征

摘  要:以溴化亚铜(CuBr)/三(2-二甲氨基乙基)胺(Me_(6)TREN)为催化体系,2-氯丙酸炔丙酯(PCP)为引发剂,应用原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)方法,引发保护炔基基团的甲基丙烯酸丙炔基酯与N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)共聚,得到末端带有炔基基团的线型聚合物,将线型聚合物叠氮化,使其两端分别带有炔基基团和叠氮基团,通过点击反应得到环状聚合物。当外界温度低于低临界溶解温度(LCST)时,环状聚合物溶液是澄清的;当外界温度高于LCST时,环状聚合物溶液是浑浊的,因此表现出良好的温敏性。Using cuprous bromide(CuBr)/tris(2-dimethylaminoethyl)amine(Me_(6)TREN)as the catalytic system and propargyl-2-chloropropionate(PCP)as the initiator,the atom transfer radical polymerization method(ATRP)was applied to initiate the copolymerization of propargyl methacrylate protecting the alkyne group with N-isopropyl acrylamide(NIPAM)to obtain a linear polymer with alkyne group at the end.The linear polymer was azided so that it had alkyne group and azide group at both ends respectively.Finally,the cyclic polymer was obtained by click chemistry.The results show that the solution of cyclic polymer is clarified when the external temperature is lower than lower critical solution temperature(LCST),and the solution of cyclic polymer is turbid when it is higher than LCST.Therefore,this cyclic polymer exhibits excellent temperature sensitivity.
