摘  要:基于目前国内推行的建筑师负责制,结合EPC项目的特点,融合两种管理模式,构建了执行建筑师负责制的EPC项目融合管理体系。以国家网络安全人才与创新基地项目(武汉)的建设过程为研究对象,结合建筑师负责制的内涵,基于建筑师全过程负责的理念,对执行建筑师引领创意指导型的EPC工程总承包项目管理创新模式进行了研究,构建了基于建筑师负责制的EPC项目的融合管理体系,并通过武汉网安基地一期工程执行建筑师负责制的融合型管理模式实践,验证了EPC项目管理体系的优质高效。Based on the architect responsibility system implemented in China at present,combining the characteristics of the EPC project,coalescing the two management modes,controlling the quality requirements of each stage of the project,we established an EPC project management system.This paper takes the construction process of the National Network Security Talent and Innovation base project(Wuhan)exhibition center as the research object,combines the domestic pilot project to analyze and investigate the essential connotation of the architect responsibility system with the concept of the architect’s whole process responsibility,launches the design as the core EPC project general contract project management new model for the EPC project management system.Integration management activities executing the architect responsibility system has been achieved in the project of the National Network Security Talent and Innovation base(Wuhan),and the high quality and efficiency of the EPC project management system has also been verified.
