摘　　要：文章介绍变频设备及自动测试的基本原理,并给出自动测试系统的具体运行逻辑。测试系统利用GPIB总线接口,采用四级分层式架构,并结合自主开发的自动测试控制软件,可以对变频设备进行测试。实际运行结果显示,该测试系统可以自动匹配不同仪表的控制指令,极大方便测试平台的搭建,并且内置若干套测试方案,提升测试效率,具有广泛的适用性。This paper introduces the basic principle of frequency conversion equipment and automatic test, and then gives the specific operation logic of the automatic test system. The test system uses GPIB bus interface, four-level hierarchical architecture, and self-developed automatic test and control software, which can test the frequency conversion equipment. The actual operation results show that the test system can automatically match the control instructions of different instruments, which greatly facilitates the construction of the test platform, and several sets of test schemes are built in, which improves the test efficiency and has a wide range of applicability.
