摘  要:潞安集团司马矿针对传统综采工作面液压支架回撤效率低、投入成本费用高、安全系数低等技术难题,通过对原支架回撤方案存在的主要问题进行分析,并根据实际情况对1216工作面液压支架回撤工艺进行了优化。采用新工艺后支架回撤周期缩短了9 d,减少了支架回撤期间三角区域面积,保证了支架安全快速回撤,取得了显著应用成效。In view of the technical problems such as low withdraw efficiency,high input cost and low safety factor of hydraulic support in traditional fully mechanized mining face,Sima Colliery of Luan Group,the article analyzes the main problems existing in the original support withdraw plan,and optimizes the hydraulic support withdraw process of the 1216 working face according to the actual situation,which shortens the support withdraw period by 9d,reduces the area of the triangle area during the support withdraw,ensures safe and quick withdrawal of the support,and achieves remarkable application results.
