摘  要:中能煤业2303工作面切眼施工期间面临跨度大、地质构造复杂等因素影响,切眼围岩控制难度大。为此,采用先掘导洞后刷扩方式施工切眼,采用锚网索+注浆+敦式支架方式对切眼围岩进行控制,并对切眼支护强度进行核验。现场应用后,支护完成至采煤设备安装前,切眼顶底板、两帮最大移近量分别控制在67 mm、85 mm,顶板未出现离层或者冒落,取得较好的围岩控制效果。In view of the difficult controlling cut surrounding rock caused by the large span and complex geological structure of cut construction in 2303 working face of Zhongneng Coal Industry,construction technology of first excavating a pilot tunnel and then brushing and expanding is adopted to cut,supporting technology of cable anchor,grouting and dun-style support is adopted to control the cut surrounding rock and check the strength of the cut support.Field application proves that from the completion of the support to the installation of the coal mining equipment,the maximum moving distances of the roof and floor and the two gangs are controlled at 67 mm and 85 mm respectively,which avoids roof separation and fall and achieves a good control of surrounding rock.
