摘  要:以官地矿28417综放工作面为工程实例;分析煤炭自然发火原因;拟采用正、副巷同时出架工艺,支架拆除仅用时25~30 d,拆架效率提升约40%;拟采用预测预报管理、预注浆封堵裂隙、优化通风系统、优化拆架工艺、调整拆架期间供风量、采空区注氮、快速密闭等综合防灭火技术;在回撤后期回风流内CO浓度由以往的60~80 ppm降低至18 ppm,有效降低了采空区煤炭自然发火的危险,确保了综放工作面安全收尾。By analysis of the reasons for coal spontaneous combustion,the author introduces the support simultaneous dismantling for main lane and auxiliary lane in 25~30 days to increase the support dismantling efficiency by 40% and proposes the comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing technology with forecasting management,fracture sealing by pre-grouting,optimization of ventilation system and support dismantling technique,air supply adjustment during support dismantling,nitrogen injection in goaf and rapid sealing,which can effectively reduce the coal spontaneous combustion in goaf and guarantee the safety of mining end session by reducing the CO concentration from 60~80 ppm to 18 ppm in return current in the later period of withdrawal.
