摘  要:为了提高采煤机滚筒的切割效率和块煤率,根据煤炭的特点和相似理论,研制了一种新型变径叶片采煤机滚筒。同时,根据相似理论模拟类比煤壁。然后,在新采煤机滚筒和现有滚筒的煤岩切割试验台上进行切割试验。为了了解两种滚筒的优缺点,在相同转速和初始运输速度的基础上,比较了两种滚筒的截割比消耗、载荷波动和块煤率等试验参数。两个滚筒有相同的叶片启动和截齿排列,以及截齿总数。结果表明,新型滚筒的切块率优于现有滚筒,新型滚筒的切块率比现有滚筒提高了3%。同时,滚筒的切割比消耗几乎相同,但新滚筒的负荷波动也较大。In order to improve the cutting efficiency and lump coal rate of the shearer drum,according to the characteristics of coal and similar theories,a new type of variable diameter blade shearer drum was developed.A cutting test was carried out on the coal and rock cutting test benches of the new shearer drum and the existing drum with a simulated analogy coal wall based on the similarity theory,whose results show that the cutting rate of the new drum is better than that of the existing drum,and the cutting rate of the new drum is 3%higher than that of the existing drum with the same cutting ratio and more load fluctuation in the new drum by comparison of the experimental parameters such as cutting ratio consumption,load fluctuation and lump coal rate of the two drums on the basis of the same rotation speed and initial transport speed,the same blade start and pick arrangement,and the total number of picks.
