摘  要:目的:为了解决Servo系列呼吸机呼出盒清洗消毒后传统晾干法干燥时间过长、呼出盒周转率低下导致呼吸机使用率低的问题,设计并制作一种呼出盒干燥系统。方法:查阅呼出盒使用说明及相关文献,确定采用热风吹干的方式进行干燥。呼出盒干燥系统主要由减压阀、流量阀、空气加热器、温湿度传感器、蜂鸣器5个部分组成。使用集中供应的空气、流量阀、陶瓷加热片和电子温湿度计作为功能部件,利用SolidWorks软件和3D打印机,设计制作空气加热器外壳、连接弯头,完成基本模型的搭建并进行可行性测试。结果:相较于传统晾干的方法,设计的干燥系统干燥效率更高,不损坏呼出盒,为科室节约了时间、人力和设备成本,得到临床的充分肯定。结论:该系统结构简单、操作方便、干燥效果好,具有很好的应用前景。Objective To design and manufacture an exhalation box drying system to solve the problem of low utilization rate of Servo series ventilator due to the exhalation box's long drying time by the traditional drying method after cleaning and disinfection and low turnover rate.Methods It's determined that the drying was performed by hot air blowing after reviewing the instructions for use of the exhalation box and related literatures.An exhalation box drying system was developed consisting of a pressure reducing valve,a flow valve,an air heater,a temperature and humidity sensor and a buzzer.The centrally supplied air,flow valves,ceramic heating plates and electronic thermometers were used as functional components,and the air heater housing and connection elbows were designed and fabricated with SolidWorks software and 3D printer.Elementary models were constructed and feasibility testing was performed.Results Compared with the traditional method of drying,the drying system designed was more efficient and did not do harm to the exhalation box,reducing the costs for time,labor and equipment and being fully recognized clinically.Conclusion The drying system designed gains advantages in simple structure,easy operation and high efficiency,and thus is worthy promoting practically.
