生猪宰前检疫与宰后检验的关系

摘  要:猪肉是人们日常生活中最常见的肉类食品之一,猪肉食品的质量问题不可避免地影响着人类身体健康。因此,我国法律对猪肉质量有明确规定,严格确保猪肉在宰前、宰后、运输和食用过程中不会存在任何的质量问题。为避免因检疫工作不充分而导致的生猪肉质量问题,文章着重分析生猪屠宰前后的检疫方法以及联系,旨在为相关从业者提供参考。Pork is one of the most common meat foods in people's daily life,and the quality of pork food inevitably affects human health problems.Therefore,the law of our country has clear provisions on the quality of pork,which strictly ensures that there will not be any quality problems with the process of pre-slaughter,post-slaughter,transportation and consumption.In order to avoid the quality problems of raw pork caused by inadequate quarantine work,this paper focuses on the quarantine methods and relations before and after pig slaughtering,in order to provide reference for relevant practitioners.
