摘 要:在五氧化二磷装置二次空气干燥过程中,一直采用空气压缩干燥工艺,但电力消耗较大,维护成本相对较高。为了提高能源利用率,减少能源消耗和碳排放,必须对原有技术进行改进和提升。分析和总结了转轮除湿技术替代空气压缩干燥技术的具体工程改造实例及应用效果,为类似的装置设备选型或节能改造提供借鉴和参考。In the secondary air drying process of phosphorus pentoxide plant,air compression drying process has been used to meet the requirements of plant production for moisture in the air,which has the disadvantages of large power consumption and relatively high maintenance cost.In order to improve energy utilization and reduce energy consumption and carbon emission,the original technology must be improved and upgraded.This paper analyzes and summarizes the specific engineering transformation examples and application effects of runner dehumidification technology instead of air compression drying technology,so as to provide reference for similar equipment selection or energy-saving transformation.
