摘 要:探讨基于室外气象参数的变化趋势,科学划分纺织空调自控调节区域的方法。以盐城某纺织厂为例,基于盐城室外气象参数变化趋势和纺织车间温湿度控制范围,通过空调自控系统全年实时运行数据的整理与分析,讨论了空调自控调节分区的划分方法,并进行了调节区域的具体划分,给出每个分区对应的调节方案。认为:该纺织空调自控调节区域的具体划分和对应的调节方案,能够使空调自控系统实现实时自动切换调节分区,提高了纺织车间温湿度控制的精度,具有较好的节能效果。Method to divide autonomous control region of textile air conditioning scientifically was discussed based on the change trend of outdoor weather parameters.One textile mill in Yancheng was taken as an example.Based on the outdoor weather parameter change trend in Yancheng and the temperature&humidity control range in the textile workshop,method to divide autonomous control region of air conditioning was discussed by sorting and analyzing the real-time operation data of air conditioning autonomous control system in the whole year.And the adjust region was divided in detail.The adjust scheme for each partition was provided.It is considered that the real-time automatic switchover of adjust region for the air condition autonomous control system can be realized by detailed division and corresponding adjust scheme for the autonomous control region of textile air condition.The accuracy of temperature&humidity control in textile mill is improved.The energy saving effect is better.
