摘  要:探讨一种基于相变储能整理技术的汉麻织物制备方法,并测试了其性能。以石蜡为芯材,甲基丙烯酸甲酯与丙烯酸丁酯为壁材,在壁材中添加纳米TiO_(2)粒子,成功制备了整理剂。通过浸轧工艺对汉麻织物进行整理,获得了相变储能汉麻织物,并测试了织物性能。结果表明:轧余率75%为最佳整理工艺,此时相变储能汉麻织物熔化潜热34.01 J/g,石蜡在相变储能汉麻织物中的含量39.01%,织物透气率6.01 mm/s;整理后,织物力学性能和柔软性都有所提升,织物紫外线防护系数可达52.60。认为:制备的织物具有一定的调温性能。A kind of hemp fabric preparation method based on phase change energy storage technology was discussed.Its properties were tested.Paraffin was used as core material.Methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate were used as wall material.Nano TiO_(2)was added in the wall materials and the finishing agent was prepared successfully.Hemp fabric was finished by dip padding,phase change energy storage hemp fabric was obtained and the fabric properties were tested.The test results showed that liquor rentention of 75%was the optimized finishing process.At this moment,latent heat of fusion for phase change energy storage hemp fabric was 34.01 J/g.The content of paraffin in phase change energy storage hemp fabric was 39.01%.The fabric air permeability was 6.01 mm/s.After finishing,both fabric strength and softness were improved.Fabric ultraviolet protection coefficient was reached up to 52.60.It is considered that the prepared fabric has a certain temperature adjusting property.
