摘 要:探讨羊毛织物防毡缩整理工艺。应用常压等离子体结合双氧水对羊毛织物进行处理,测试了不同处理方式下羊毛织物的表面形态、固色率、强力、上染百分率。测试结果表明:与单一方法相比,等离子体与双氧水共同处理提高了羊毛对染料的吸收率,纤维表面鳞片减少,羊毛织物强力提高。认为:等离子体处理对羊毛表面进行刻蚀,并接枝基团,不仅提高了羊毛织物的吸水性与染料吸收率,而且有助于降低羊毛前处理中双氧水的用量。Anti⁃felting finish process of wool fabric were discussed.Atmospheric pressure plasma combined with hydrogen peroxide were adopted for wool fabric treatment.Surface morphology,fixation yield,strength and dye-uptake of wool fabric with different treatment methods were tested.The test results showed that the dye absorptivity of wool was increased,the scales on the fiber surface was decreased and the strength of wool fabric was increased for treatment of plasma and hydrogen peroxide compared with single method.It is considered that not only wool fabric water absorption and dye absorptivity are improved but also the hydrogen peroxide usage in wool pretreatment is reduced when plasma treatment was used to etch wool surface and grafting groups.
