摘 要:分析精梳过程对莱赛尔纤维力学性能的影响。对精梳前后莱赛尔纤维的拉伸性能,应力松弛和蠕变,拉伸弹性和卷曲弹性,弯曲、压缩、扭转及摩擦性能进行了测试和对比。结果表明:精梳后莱赛尔纤维拉伸性能中的断裂伸长率、断裂比功、应力松弛、蠕变有不同程度的增加,拉伸弹性下降;压缩、扭转、弯曲性能略有下降;卷曲弹性和摩擦性能变化不明显。认为:精梳过程对莱赛尔纤维的各项力学性能有不同程度的影响,该研究有助于分析莱赛尔精梳混纺织物在后整理中较少出现褶皱现象的原因。Effect of combing process on mechanical property of Lyocell fiber was analyzed.The tensile property,stress relaxation and creep,tensile and crimp elasticity,bending,compression,torsion and friction property of Lyocell fiber before and after combing were tested and compared.The results showed that the elongation rate,work of rupture,stress relaxation and creep in the tensile property of Lyocell fiber after combing were increased in different degrees,while the tensile elasticity was decreased.Compression,torsion and bending property were decreased slightly,crimp elasticity and friction property were not changed obviously.It is considered that the combing process has different influence on mechanical property of Lyocell fiber,which is helpful to analyse the reason of less wrinkle phenomenon of Lyocell combed blended fabric in finishing process.
