摘　　要：探讨并条工艺道数对棉锦纶混纺纱质量的影响。为提高棉锦纶混纺纱质量,制定了4种试验方案,对各试验方案所纺棉锦纶混纺纱的质量指标进行测试。结果表明:采用预并工艺可以明显改善棉锦纶混纺纱的成纱质量,且采用3道混并工艺的棉锦纶混纺纱的综合性能总体上优于2道混并工艺。认为:采用1道预并、3道混并工艺所纺棉锦纶混纺纱展现出较为优异的性能,条干均匀度和成纱强伸性能较好,常发性纱疵较少。Influence of drawing number on cotton polyamide blended yarn quality was discussed.In order to improve quality of cotton polyamide blended yarn,4 kinds of test programs were formulated.Quality indexes of cotton polyamide blended yarn spun by each test program were tested.The results showed that cotton polyamide blended yarn quality can be significantly improved by using pre-drawing process,and overall property of the cotton polyamide blended yarn using three times drawing process was generally better than that of the two times drawing process.It is considered that cotton polyamide blended yarn spun by one time pre-drawing and three times drawing process shows better property,yarn evenness and strength&elongation property are better,the frequent yarn defects are less.
