摘  要:探讨精梳汉麻棉混纺转杯纱的开发及工艺优化。以精梳汉麻/精梳棉60/4022 tex转杯纱为例,在转杯纺工序,分别选取分梳工艺长度、分梳辊速度、隔离盘角度等进行三因素三水平正交试验,并对试验结果进行了极差分析和多指标综合优化分析。结果表明:分梳工艺长度37 mm、分梳辊速度3449 r/min、隔离盘角度90°时为较优工艺方案,转杯纺成纱质量指标较好。认为:开发精梳汉麻棉混纺转杯纱有利于产品结构的拓展。Development and process optimization of combed hemp cotton blended rotor yarn were discussed.Combed hemp/combed cotton 60/4022 tex rotor yarn was taken as an example.In rotor spinning process,length of carding process,speed of opening roller and angle of separator were selected to carry out three-factor and three-level orthogonal experiments.The range analysis and multi-index comprehensive optimization analysis of the test results were carried out.The results showed when the length of carding process was 37 mm,speed of opening roller was 3449 r/min and angle of separator was 90°,the rotor yarn quality index was better.It is considered that development of combed hemp cotton blended rotor yarn is beneficial to expansion of product structure.
