易退浆涤纶长丝专用浆料的性能与应用

摘　　要：为了解决涤纶长丝与不耐碱纤维交织织物在退浆时遇到的难题,对比了JD⁃TF涤纶长丝专用浆料和聚丙烯酸酯浆料的浆膜性能、黏着力和抱合力,并探讨了其在涤纶长丝织物浆丝、织造、退浆生产中的应用效果。研究结果表明:JD⁃TF浆料对涤纶长丝具有良好的黏附性,浆膜具有一定的断裂强度和良好的断裂伸长率;涤纶长丝织物的织机效率可达95%以上;可在中性条件下退浆,且能满足退浆要求。认为:JD⁃TF涤纶长丝浆料从成本、减少污染以及涤纶长丝和其他纤维交织的织物适用性方面都明显优于聚丙烯酸酯浆料。In order to solve the problems encountered in desizing of polyester filament and alkali-resistant fiber interwoven fabric,sizing film property,adhesion and cohesion of JD-TF polyester filament special size mixture and polyacrylate size mixture were compared.Application effect of polyester filament fabric in sizing,weaving and desizing production was discussed.The research results showed that JD-TF size mixture had better adhesion to polyester filament,sizing film had certain breaking strength and better elongation rate.Loom efficiency of polyester filament fabric could be reached above 95%.Desizing under neutral conditions could be achieved and the desizing effect could meet desizing requirements.It is considered that JD-TF polyester filament size mixture is obviously superior to polyacrylate size mixture in terms of cost,pollution reduction and fabric applicability of polyester filament and other fibers interwoven.
