摘 要:探讨机器视觉在智能化纺纱生产中的应用情况与发展趋势。分析了棉纺智能化纺纱生产流程,从原棉异纤检测、梳理棉网在线检测、细纱加工检测和筒纱加工检测等重要方面,对机器视觉检测的应用原理、方法和产品进行了阐述与总结。指出:基于机器视觉的检测技术可将机器视觉感知数据与生产信息数据共享,通过数据驱动,提高纺纱质量和生产效率。认为:机器视觉在智能化纺纱生产中的应用可加速棉纺企业转型升级和智能化改造的进程。Application and development trend of machine vision in intelligent spinning production were discussed.Intelligent cotton spinning production process was analyzed.From the important aspects of raw cotton foreign fiber inspection,carded cotton net online inspection,yarn processing inspection and cheese processing inspection,application principle,method and product of machine vision inspection were expounded and summarized.It was pointed out that the detection technology based on machine vision can share machine vision perception data with production information data,spinning quality and production efficiency can be improved through data driven.It is considered that through application of machine vision in intelligent spinning production,process of transformation upgrading and intelligent modification of cotton spinning enterprises can be accelerated.
