谷子矮秆突变体si-dw4的表型特征及其对GA_(3)的敏感性分析

摘  要:谷子矮秆突变体si-dw4是经过自然突变形成的矮化突变体,本研究对其矮化表型及其对GA_(3)的敏感性进行了分析。结果表明,突变体si-dw4的株高与野生型相比显著降低,为野生型ZT 002的27%左右;幼苗期的叶、中胚轴、胚芽鞘和根均对外源GA_(3)不敏感,证明si-dw4属于GA_(3)不敏感型矮化突变体。此外,本研究初步阐明了突变体si-dw4的矮化与GA_(3)信号转导途径受阻相关。The mutant si-dw4 was a dwarf mutant formed by natural mutation.Then its dwarfing phenotype and the sensitive response to gibberellin were analyzed.The results showed that the plant height of the dwarf mutant was about 27%of that of the wild type and significantly decreased.The leaf,mesocotyl,coleoptiles and root at seedling stage were insensitive to exogenous GA_(3).It can be concluded that this mutant is a gibberellin-insensitive dwarf mutant.In addition,this study preliminarily illustrates that dwarfing mutation of si-dw4 is related to the inhibition of gibberellin signal transduction pathway.
