摘  要:蔬菜种质资源(种子)的安全保存是蔬菜种质资源有效利用和蔬菜育种的前提。本研究以7种特色蔬菜品种为实验材料,研究在2种不同温度下贮藏种子活力的变化情况,并根据种子初始发芽率及经3年、12年保存后的生活力监测数据,预测种子的安全保存期及寿命。结果表明,7种特色蔬菜种子经12年保存后生活力呈现不同的变化趋势,部分蔬菜在12年的保存过程中生活力变化不明显,仍处在较高生活力水平,能安全保存至少12年;而有些蔬菜已经处在急速老化的过程中,应及时繁种更新。通过种子生活力的监测数据,拟合出种子生活力变化曲线,并预测安全保存期,可为种质资源适时繁种更新安全贮存、合理安排种子发芽率监测间隔提供理论依据。The safe preservation of vegetable genetic resources(seeds)is a prerequisite for the effective utilization of vegetable genetic resources and vegetable breeding.In this study,7 specialty vegetable varieties were used to study the changes in seed vigor after being stored at two different temperatures.Based on the monitoring data of seed viability over 3 years and 12 years,the safe storage period of seeds and the lifespan of seeds were predicted.The results showed that the viability of 7 specialty vegetable seeds showed different trends after 12 years of storage.Some vegetables did not change significantly during the 12-year storage,and were still at a relatively high level of viability.These seeds could be stored safely for at least 12 years.While other vegetables are already in the process of rapid aging and should be regeneration in time.Through the seed viability monitoring data,the seed viability change curve was fitted,and the safe storage period was predicted,which can provide a theoretical basis for the regeneration in time and the reasonable arrangement of the seed germination monitoring interval.
