摘  要:对“阶梯式杂交聚合优质基因,选择世代全程品质检测+生化和分子标记辅助选择”为核心的新麦系列优质强筋小麦育种体系进行分析,为优质强筋品种的选育提供参考。本课题组先后育成国审新麦18、新麦19、新麦26、新麦38、新麦45和省审新麦28等优质强筋或超强筋品种,新麦58和新麦65正参加国家黄淮冬麦区南片水地组中间试验,新麦系列强筋品种群逐步形成。本文通过强筋品种育种体系分析,总结经验弥补不足,提出强筋育种技术应注意的问题,旨在推动我国优质强筋小麦育种行业快速发展。In this study,the breeding system of new wheat series with high quality and strong gluten was analyzed with the core of"step hybridization polymerization of high quality genes,whole-process quality detection of selection generation with biochemical and molecular marker-assisted selection",which provided reference for breeding of high quality strong gluten varieties.This research group had successively developed high quality and strong gluten or super gluten varieties such as state-approved varieties including Xinmai 18,Xinmai 19,Xinmai 26,Xinmai 38,Xinmai 45 and provincial-approved variety Xinmai 28,and Xinmai 58 and Xinmai 65 were participating in the pilot test of Shuidi Group in southern area of Huanghuai Winter Wheat Region.In this paper,through the analysis of the breeding system of strong gluten varieties,the experience was summarized to make up for the deficiency,and the problems that should be paid attention to in the technology of strong gluten breeding were put forward,which laid a foundation for promoting the rapid development of high-quality strong gluten wheat breeding industry in China.
