摘 要:目的:对比分析香附“十三制”前后行气、活血、化瘀炮制增效作用。方法:采用声光电、夹尾、束缚、冰水浴等不可预知的慢性刺激联合肾上腺素复制雌性大鼠气滞血瘀证模型,并给予不同剂量的香附生品和“十三制”品进行治疗干预,检查各组大鼠血液流变学(全血黏度、血浆黏度、血沉、红细胞比容)及凝血四项检测指标(PT、APTT、FIB、TT)。结果:与正常组相比,模型组大鼠全血黏度、血浆黏度、血沉、红细胞比容和FIB水平均显著升高(P<0.05),APTT和TT时间显著缩短(P<0.05),PT影响不显著(P>0.05)。给药后,香附生品高剂量组具有显著降低全血黏度(低切)、血浆黏度、血沉(P>0.05)及升高FIB水平(P<0.05)的作用,而“十三制”香附在中剂量组即可达到显著降低全血黏度(低、中、高切)、血浆黏度和血沉(P<0.05)及升高FIB水平(P<0.05)的作用,“十三制”香附高剂量组除以上作用外,还具有显著降低红细胞比容、延长APTT和TT时间的作用(P<0.05)。结论:秀山地区特色炮制技术“十三制”法有增强香附行气、活血、化瘀的炮制增效作用,并有降低起效剂量的作用,值得深入研究、保护和传承。Objective:Contrast and analyze the synergistic effects of the processing of invigorating qi,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis before and after the“thirteen system”of Rhizomacyperi.Methods:The model of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome in female rats was created by acoustic and photoelectric,tail-clamping,binding and ice-water bath unpredictable chronic stimulation combined with adrenaline,and different doses of aromaticum and“thirteen system”products were given for treatment and intervention.Hemorheology(whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,specific volume of red blood cells)and blood coagulation(PT,APTT,FIB,TT)were examined in each group.Results:Compared with the normal group,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,erythrocyte specific volume and FIB levels in model group were significantly increased(P<0.05),APTT and TT time were significantly shortened(P<0.05),and PT had no significant effect(P>0.05).After dosing,Rhizomacyperi high dose group had significant decrease whole blood viscosity(low shear),plasma viscosity,blood sedimentation(P<0.05),higher FIB levels(P<0.05),and “thirteen system”attached to the dose groups can significantly reduce whole blood viscosity(low,medium and high shear),plasma viscosity and blood sedimentation(P<0.05),And increased FIB level(P<0.05).In addition to the above effects,the“thirteen system”high dose group also significantly reduced the specific volume of erythrocytes,prolonged APTT and TT time(P<0.05).Conclusion:The processing technology of“thirteen system”in Rhizomacyperi region has the effect of enhancing the processing efficiency of Rhizomacyperi to promote qi,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,and reducing the effective dose,which is worthy of further study,protection and inheritance.
