摘　　要：目的:制备片姜黄饮片标准汤剂并进行质量研究,为相关药物研究与开发提供参考。方法:根据中药饮片标准汤剂制备原则,制备18批不同产地的片姜黄饮片标准汤剂,以莪术烯醇作为定量检测指标,计算出膏率与转移率,并建立超高效液相特征图谱分析方法。结果:18批片姜黄饮片标准汤剂的出膏率为4.9%-9.5%,莪术烯醇的转移率为63.2%-97.1%。采用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2012版)》软件进行特征图谱分析,标定了4个共有峰。结论:片姜黄饮片标准汤剂制备规范,测定方法准确可靠,能够反映片姜黄标准汤剂的内在质量,可为片姜黄配方颗粒的质量控制提供参考。Objective:To prepare Wenyujin Rhizoma Concisum standard decoction and conduct research on quality;To provide references for research and development of related medicine.Methods:Eighteen batches of Wenyujin Rhizoma Concisumstandard decoction were prepared according to the standardization method of TCM decoction pieces.With curcumenol as the detection indices,the extraction rate and transfer rate were calculated,and the UPLC characteristic chromatograms analysis method was established.Results:According to the measurement of 18batches of Wenyujin Rhizoma Concisumstandard decoctions,the extractum rate was at the range of 4.9%~9.5%,and the transfer rate of curcumenol was 63.2% ~97.1%.Besides,Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM(2012edition)was used to analyze and compare the characteristic chromatograms,and 4common peaks were determined.Conclusion:The preparation of Wenyujin Rhizoma Concisumstandard decoction is standard.The determination method is reliable and accurate,which can be used to reflect the quality of Wenyujin Rhizoma Concisum standard decoctions and provide references for the quality control of Wenyujin Rhizoma Concisumformula granules.
