五音疗法联合六磨汤治疗慢传输型便秘伴焦虑抑郁临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察五音疗法联合六磨汤加减中药口服对肝郁气滞型慢传输型便秘伴焦虑抑郁患者的临床效果,以及对血清中5-HT水平的影响。方法:将收治的56例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各28例。对照组给予六磨汤加减中药汤剂口服,观察组给予五音疗法联合六磨汤加减中药汤剂口服治疗,维持14d。从治疗前后两组患者便秘症状评分、焦虑和抑郁程度评分及测定血清中5-HT水平方面观察取得的临床效果。结果:治疗14d后,观察组的临床治疗总有效率(92.86%)明显高于对照组(82.14%)。治疗后,两组患者的便秘症状评分、焦虑量表(SAS)评分及抑郁量表(SDS)评分较治疗前均降低,且观察组显著低于对照组;观察组治疗后患者的血清5-HT水平较治疗前及对照组治疗后均有所升高。结论:五音疗法联合六磨汤加减治疗肝郁气滞型慢传输型便秘伴焦虑抑郁具有显著的临床效果,可有效促进排便,且可缓解患者的焦虑抑郁症状,其可能通过调节血清中5-HT水平而产生作用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wuyin therapy combined with Liumo decoction plus or minus traditional Chinese medicine on patients with liver stagnation and qi stagnation type slow transit constipation accompanied by anxiety and depression and the effect on serum 5-HT level.Methods:56 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was given Liumo decoction plus or minus traditional Chinese medicine decoction orally,and the observation group was given Wuyin therapy combined with Liumo decoction plus or minus traditional Chinese medicine orally for 14 days.The clinical effects were observed in terms of constipation symptom score,anxiety and depression score and serum 5-HT level before and after treatment.Results:After 14 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(92.86%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.14%).After treatment,constipation symptom score,anxiety scale(SAS)score and depression scale(SDS)score in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group was significantly lower than control group;In addition,the level of serum 5-HT in the observation group after treatment was higher than that before and after treatment in the control group.Conclusion:Wuyin therapy combined with Liumo Decoction has significant clinical effects in the treatment of liver stagnation and qi stagnation type slow transit constipation accompanied by anxiety and depression.It can effectively promote defecation and relieve the symptoms of anxiety and depression in patients,which may play a role by regulating the serum level of 5-HT.
