乳管镜中药灌注疗法治疗早期浆细胞性乳腺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察乳管镜中药灌注疗法治疗早期浆细胞性乳腺炎临床疗效。方法:选择100例浆细胞性乳腺炎患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法对患者分组,50例患者为研究组,50例患者为对照组,对照组患者给予甲硝唑灌洗治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用痰热清灌洗治疗,两组患者均连续治疗4次,治疗前、后检测两组患者垂体催乳素(PRL)、免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA水平,评价两组患者局部皮肤颜色改变、乳房疼痛、肿块大小、乳房外形改变评分,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:研究组PRL、IgG、IgA水平低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者局部皮肤颜色改变、乳房疼痛、肿块大小、乳房外形改变评分低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组总有效率为96.00%,对照组总有效率为80.00%,研究组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:乳管镜中药灌注疗法治疗早期浆细胞性乳腺炎患者,可抑制PRL分泌,降低患者IgG、IgA水平,改善患者免疫功能,改善患者疼痛,缓解患者临床症状,提升临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine perfusion therapy in the treatment of early plasma cell mastitis.Methods:100 patients with plasma cell mastitis were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into study group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases).The control group was treated with metronidazole lavage,while the study group was treated with Tanreqing lavage on the basis of the control group.The levels of prolactin(PRL),immunoglobulin IgG and IgA in the two groups were detected,and the scores of local skin color change,breast pain,tumor size and breast shape change were evaluated.Results:The levels of PRL,IgG and IgA in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of local skin color change,breast pain,tumor size and breast shape change in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was 96.00%,and that in the control group was 80.00%.The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of early plasma cell mastitis,the traditional Chinese medicine perfusion therapy under ductoscopy can inhibit the secretion of PRL,reduce the levels of IgG and IgA,improve the immune function,relieve the pain,relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the clinical efficacy.
