摘　　要：老年性便秘好发于老年人群,以排便困难、排便周期或时间延长、或有排便不尽感为主要临床表现的一类疾病。梁超教授为四川省名中医,对诊治脾胃系统疾病有独到经验。梁教授认为,老年性便秘的发病过程存在“太阴虚寒,阳明积热”的病机核心,故诊治便秘应以顾脾胃、消积滞、调升降、和气血、重调摄为法。通过整理梁超教授从“太阴阳明”立论,以温阳消积法治疗老年性便秘的学术思想,以期为临床辨证治疗老年性便秘提供借鉴。Senile constipation is a kind of disease that occurs in the elderly,and its clinical manifestations are difficult defecation,prolonged defecation cycle or time,or incomplete defecation.The author’s tutor,Professor Liang Chao,is a famous Chinese medicine doctor in Sichuan Province,who has unique experience in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the spleen and stomach system.Professor liang,senile constipation is all“Deficiency cold of Taiyin,Heat accumulation in Yangming”the pathogenesis of the core,emphasis on the diagnosis and treatment of constipation should be on spleen and stomach,stagnant,lifting,and Qi and blood,and cultivate for the law.By sorting out Professor Liang Chao’s academic thought of treating senile constipation with the method of Warming Yang and eliminating accumulation,the author hopes to provide reference for clinical treatment of senile constipation based on syndrome differentiation.
