基于Python语言分析《外科正宗》中的轻粉用药规律

摘　　要：目的:分析与总结《外科正宗》中轻粉的用药规律。方法:运用Python语言检索提取《外科正宗》中包含轻粉的段落及上下文,提取方剂组成,统计分析主治特点、组方药物的规律并将其可视化呈现。结果:轻粉多以散剂用于脑疽、疔疮、发背、痔疮、杨梅疮、脱疽等65种疾病的治疗,常与性温、寒、平,味辛、苦、甘的药物配伍使用,最常配伍的是乳香、雄黄、麝香、石膏、没药,经关联规则分析表明乳香和没药以药对形式配伍轻粉使用。结论:轻粉多与消肿生肌的中药配伍促进愈合,与杀虫解毒的中药配伍治疗各种顽疾,与活血止痛的药物配伍以缓解疼痛,在外科疾病的治疗中应用广泛,尤擅于促进难敛难收的创面愈合,客观呈现了《外科正宗》中轻粉的应用特点,为临床使用轻粉提供指导和参考。Objective:To analyze and summarize the medical use of Mercurous chloride in Wai Ke Zheng Zong.Methods:Python language search was used to extract the paragraphs and contexts containing Mercurous chloride in Wai Ke Zheng Zong,extract the prescription composition,statistically analyze the characteristics of the main treatment,the law of prescription drugs,and visualize them.Results:Mercurous chlorideis mostly used in the treatment of 65kinds of diseases such as brain gangrene,boils,hair back,hemorrhoids,bayberry,and gangrene.It is often used in combination with medicines that are warm,cold,calm in nature,pungent,bitter,and sweet in taste.The most common compatibility is frankincense,realgar,musk,gypsum,and myrrh.According to correlation analysis,it is believed that frankincense and myrrh are compatible with Mercurous chloride in the form of a medicine pair.Conclusion:Mercurous chloride is more compatible with traditional Chinese medicine for reducing swelling and muscle growth to promote healing.It is compatible with insecticidal and detoxifying Chinese medicine to treat various stubborn diseases.It is compatible with blood-activating and pain-relieving drugs to relieve pain.It is widely used in the treatment of surgical diseases and is especially good at promoting healing of wounds that are difficult to heal.It objectively presents the application characteristics of Mercurous chloride in Wai Ke Zheng Zong,and provides guidance and reference for clinical use of Mercurous chloride.
