摘　　要：历代医家均将《伤寒论》中大承气汤、小承气汤、调胃承气汤并称为三承气汤。而从《伤寒论》阳明病篇的“燥气主之”出发研读其相关条文,发现三承气汤证在阳明腑实证的发展上认识尚不完全,现用《温病条辨》中调胃承气汤证对其加以补充,使之并称四承气汤。根据致病机理和临床表现的不同,从“阳明经上,燥气主之”出发对四证进行鉴别诊断,以完善对阳明病证的认识。Physicians of the past dynasties have referred to Da Chengqi Decoction,Xiao Chengqi Decoction,and Tiaowei Chengqi Decoction in Treatise on Febrile Diseases as Three Chengqi Decoction.But,from the study of the relevant provisions in the Yangming disease chapter of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,it is found that the San Chengqi Decoction Syndrome has not yet been fully understood in the development of Yangmingfu empirical evidence.It is now supplemented with the Tiaowei Chengqi Decoction in Tiaobian for Febrile Diseases,and it is also called Si Chengqi Decoction.According to the different pathogenic mechanisms and clinical manifestations,the differential diagnosis of the four syndromes is based on the " Yangming Sutra,dryness governs".Improve the understanding of Yangming disease syndrome.
