急性心肌梗死急诊护理中应用套餐化管理的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨套餐化管理在急性心肌梗死急诊护理中的应用效果。方法前瞻性数字双盲法将2020年1~12月急诊救治的急性心肌梗死患者100例分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组给予救治常规干预,研究组在救治常规干预的基础上展开套餐化管理,对比患者各项救治流程时间、各类诊治项目时间等指标。结果研究组就诊到分诊评估时间、就诊到完成心电图采集时间、就诊到导管室激活时间、就诊到用药时间、就诊到完成手术准备时间、进入-出急诊室时间、球囊扩张时间、住院治疗时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),研究组成功救治率、护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);2组并发症发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死患者在急诊救治与护理工作中应用套餐化管理干预,可有效缩短各项救治流程、各类诊治项目的时间,提高救治成功率与护理满意度,并发症发生几率较低,具有较高应用价值。Objective To investigate the application effects of package management in emergency nursing for patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods The prospective digital double-blind method was used,and 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were divided into control group and research group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by routine treatment intervention,however,those in research group,on the basis of control group,were treated by package management.The treatment process consuming time,project time,treatment success rate and hospital stay as wel as nursing satisfaction degree were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The time from visit to triage evaluation,from visit to completion of ECG,from visit to catheter room activation,from medication,from operation preparation,from entry to exit of emergency room,from balloon dilation,hospital stay in research group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The treatment success rate and nursing satisfaction scores in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).However there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of package management in emergency nursing for patients with acute myocardial infarction can effectively shorten the consuming time of various treatment procedures,improve the success rate of treatment and nursing satisfaction degree,thus,it has higher clinical application value.
