预见性护理与靶向性宣教对结肠息肉患者无痛内镜下高频电凝电切治疗的干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨预见性护理与靶向性宣教对结肠息肉患者接受无痛内镜下高频电凝电切治疗的干预效果。方法通过随机抽样法将2019年1~12月接受无痛内镜下高频电凝电切治疗的60例肠息肉患者分为对照组和研究组,每组30例,对照组接受常规护理,研究组采用预见性护理联合靶向性宣教。对比2组患者的情绪状态、生存质量和并发症情况。结果实施前2组SAS、SDS、QOL-BREF评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.005),实施后研究组SAS、SDS低于对照组(P<0.05)、QOL-BREF评分高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组术后并发症率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃肠息肉患者实施无痛内镜下高频电凝电切术治疗时预见性护理联合靶向宣教,能够有效改善患者不良情绪状态,减少术后并发症的发生,提高生存质量,具有较高临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the intervention effects of predictive nursing and targeted education in patients with colonic polyps receiving painless endoscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation and electroresection.Methods Sixty patients with intestinal polyps who received painless endoscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation and electroresection in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in control group received routine nursing,however,those in research group received predictive nursing combined with targeted education.The emotional state,life quality and incidence of complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing intervention there were no significant differences in SAS,SDS and QOL-BREF scores between the two groups(P>0.005).After nursing intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),but QOL-BREF scores were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).In addition the incidence of postoperative complications in research group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The predictive nursing combined with targeted education for patients with colonic polyps undergoing painless endoscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation and electroresection can effectively improve the adverse emotions,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the life quality of patients,therefore,it has higher clinical application value.
