摘 要:为了使混合动力公交车更好地适应路况,获得良好的经济性能,从传动系统与能量控制策略2个方面对改善混合动力公交车经济性、动力性的方法进行研究,通过优化传动系统参数,使传动系统与能量控制策略有效结合;对传动系统进行动力学分析,并匹配传动系统各部件,利用MATLAB/Simulink与AVL/Cruise软件,根据工作模式建立能量控制策略与整车模型,并对整车模型进行仿真分析,利用Isight软件,结合能量控制策略,对整车模型进行优化;利用多岛遗传算法,以经济性、动力性为优化目标,对电机减速比、行星排特征参数、主减速比3个传动系统参数进行优化,并根据城市公交行驶特性,对优化目标选取不同权重。结果表明,在城市公交工况下对传动系统参数进行多目标优化后,混合动力公交车的燃油消耗量降低了11.6%,发动机运行在经济区间,设计的能量控制策略能够很好地与传动系统相结合。To make hybrid electric buses better adapt to road conditions and obtain good economic performance,the method to improve economy and power performance of hybrid electric buses was researched from two aspects of driving system and energy control strategy.By optimizing driving system parameters,the driving system and the energy control strategy were combined effectively.Dynamics analysis of the driving system was carried out,and components of the driving system were matched.The energy control strategy and the vehicle model were established according to working modes by using MATLAB/Simulink and AVL/Cruise softwares,and simulation analysis of the vehicle model was carried out.The vehicle model was optimized by using Isight software combined with the energy control strategy.By using multi-island genetic algorithm,three driving system parameters including motor reduction ratio,planetary row characteristic parameters,and main reduction ratio were optimized with economy and power performance as optimization objectives.According to driving characteristics of urban buses,different weights were selected for the optimization objectives.The results show that fuel consumption of hybrid electric buses is reduced by 11.6%after multi-objective optimization of driving system parameters under urban buses operating conditions.The engine runs in an economic range,and the designed energy control strategy can be well combined with the driving system.
