摘  要:选取京津冀、长三角、粤港澳大湾区的专利合作数据构建协同创新网络,从整体拓扑结构、各城市的地位、创新合作产出差距、参与主体、技术领域等微观层面,对三大城市群协同创新网络进行比较研究。结果发现:三大城市群协同创新网络的整体拓扑结构特征不同,但均满足核心—边缘结构,分别形成了以北京、天津、石家庄、保定、唐山为中心的京津冀协同创新网络,以上海、苏州、南京、杭州、合肥为中心的长三角协同创新网络,以广州、深圳、珠海、佛山、东莞为中心的粤港澳大湾区协同创新网络;在三大城市群中,城市间创新合作产出差距最大的是京津冀,三者协同创新核心主体均以企业为主,协同创新所在的技术领域主要集中在物理、电学、作业和运输、化学和冶金等。建议:继续完善京津冀协同创新布局,缩小城市间创新产出差距;加强长三角城市群内部的跨省份创新合作,提升区域的整体协同创新能力;推动粤港澳三地的科技创新要素加速对接合作,共同助力国际科技创新中心建设。Selecting the patent cooperation data of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta,Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to build a collaborative innovation network,the study compares the collaborative innovation networks of the three major urban agglomerations from the overall topology,status of each city,innovative cooperation output gap,participants,technical fields and other micro-level.The results show that the overall topological structure characteristics of the collaborative innovation networks of the three major urban agglomerations are different,but they all satisfy the core-periphery structure.The three major urban agglomerations forms Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative innovation network centered on Beijing,Tianjin,Shijiazhuang,Baoding and Tangshan,the Yangtze River Delta collaborative innovation network centered on Shanghai,Suzhou,Nanjing,Hangzhou,and Hefei,and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area collaborative innovation network centered on Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Zhuhai,Foshan,and Dongguan.Among the three major urban agglomerations,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei have the largest gap in the output of inter city innovation cooperation,the core institutions of collaborative innovation are mainly enterprises,and the technical fields of collaborative innovation are mainly distributed in physics,electricity,operation and transportation,chemistry and metallurgy.It is recommended to continue to improve the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative innovation layout and narrow the gap in innovation output between cities;strengthen cross-provincial innovation cooperation within the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration to enhance the overall collaborative innovation capability of the region;promote the accelerated connection of technological innovation elements in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao cooperation to jointly contribute to the construction of an international science and technology innovation center.
